Kenneth Wirth serves as the CEO of First Financial Resources, Ltd., and as the business manager for The Midtown Men, a performance group that includes the four original stars of Jersey Boys. Outside of work, Kenneth Wirth remains actively involved in the community through many board positions, including sitting on the board of The Drama League. This organization undertakes a number of initiatives to transform the relationship between artists and their audiences.

This year, the organization responded to the continued cuts to pubic schools arts education funding by launching a new program for New York high school students. Called New Visions/New Voices, the program provides theater training at no cost after school at the Drama League Theater Center.

Through the program, students interested in drama as a career can learn about the several roles individuals can fill in relation to the theater so that they can make more informed choices about their career paths. The first class taught under the program was called “Theater Directing: Staging Your World” and culminated in scenes from The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams performed by students.
